Your captain has been fishing his entire life and began fishing Lake Michigan with his dad in the early 1990s. After fishing several boats throughout the years, he went on to get his Captain’s license. He began first mating and eventually started captaining a local charter boat in South Haven. After years of being a boat captain, he decided to purchase the boat and begin his own operation.
Captain Cody has over 20 years of fishing experience on Lake Michigan. He is constantly working on new strategies and techniques to keep his customers on the fish. He enjoys taking out families, friends, and newcomers to the sport of Lake Michigan fishing. Teaching customers about fishing for salmon and trout are something he truly enjoys.
Cody fishes multiple tournaments up and down the Lake Michigan, and has finished in the top ten in several of the biggest tournaments on Lake Michigan. Cody and his dad often compete in various fishing tournaments in West Michigan and you can see their placements in different tournaments held throughout the year.
